1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging. This policy ensures the safety, hygiene, and peace of mind of all our customers.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email].

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • Once approved, we will offer either:

    • A replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or

    • A refund to your original payment method.

3. Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will provide a prepaid return label and ship the correct item at no additional cost.

4. Non‑Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are non‑returnable:

  • Opened or used intimate products.

  • Bath & body products that have been opened or unsealed.

  • Gift cards and downloadable products.

5. Order Cancellations
  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Shipping Costs
  • Original shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

  • For approved returns (other than our error), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Processing Time
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
